At Petook Pet Shop, we are committed to providing the highest quality products for your pets. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Products must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. 2.2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. 2.3. Perishable goods (such as food, treats, and supplements) and personal care items (such as grooming tools and bedding) are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process
4.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@petookpetshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 4.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. 4.3. Please include the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
5. Shipping
5.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 5.2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 5.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
6.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 6.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 6.3. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
